Rimzer roving bobbins are injection-molded from high-impact ABS and PP compounds for flyer roving frames. Each roving tube is balanced for high-speed winding, with a precise taper interface that grips the flyer arm securely and releases cleanly at doffing. UV-stabilized colorants keep every bobbin color-fast through years of spinning room service, so spinners can color-code lots and speeds at a glance.

Can I order roving bobbins in my own color?

Yes. We mold in any Pantone color so you can color-code roving lots, shifts or counts. Minimum order for a custom color is one standard pallet quantity.

What is the delivery time for roving bobbins?

Standard colors ship in 15–25 days after order confirmation; custom colors or sizes in 25–35 days including tooling trials.
