Rimzer ring bobbins serve ring spinning and compact spinning frames where consistent runout and a reliable bottom grip decide yarn quality. We mold each tube from engineering-grade PP or ABS with a ribbed or plain bore, matched to your spindle blade, so packages build evenly and strip off without residue. Slots, grooves and tip designs are available for every major ring frame generation.

Send us the spindle blade model (or one sample bobbin). We measure the bore, groove and length and confirm a matching part from our existing tooling library of more than 60 ring bobbin molds.

What spindle speeds can your ring bobbins handle?

Our ring bobbins are balanced for spindle speeds up to 25,000 rpm with runout within 0.25 mm, suitable for modern high-speed ring and compact spinning frames.

Do you supply bobbins for compact spinning systems?

Yes. We supply bobbins for Rieter compact, Toyota e-compact and other compact spinning systems with the same spindle-match process as conventional ring frames.
